  Room decor is atrocious. Feels like an institution. Sad array of muffins. Tiny tiny cold feeling room and bathroom was horrible. The floor felt oily, as though it had a cleaning product left on it. There was no WIFI. We paid full price and couldn’t have wifi? Not to mention, when I asked to pay for the room, the front desk would not reverse the charge off my mothers card and put it on mine! He told me to “transfer the money”. Never again, I would tell everyone I know to avoid this hotel.

  You need to use a fabric softener in the laundry. Towels were hard and scratchy. Check-in was efficient and friendly. Room was satisfactory.

  The temperature in the room seemed to fluctuate - first too cold, then got too warm during the night.

  The room was clean and comfortable. We had a kitchen. However, we were disappointed the fridge did not work. We were more in need of a fridge than the stove so this was disappointing. We used ice chips to keep things cool. It was reported to the front desk. Otherwise, our room would have been perfect.

  Water temp during the shower, could have been somewhat warmer.

  My only issue with the stay was the railroad crews that stay at this hotel. They start/ finish their shift quite early and were quite noisy coming and going. Other than that we had a pleasant stay.
